Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, driveway pavers, walkway construction, and related masonry work.
All work is performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured professionals. Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written agreement. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If conditions change or unforeseen circumstances arise once work has begun - such as hidden damage or code compliance requirements - we will notify you and discuss any change in scope and cost before proceeding.
Verbal estimates are provided for reference only and are not binding. All pricing commitments must be confirmed in writing.
Project start dates are subject to availability, permit timelines, weather conditions, and the completion of prior jobs. We will provide a reasonable estimated start date when the contract is signed and will communicate any significant changes to that schedule as soon as possible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a job, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to charges for materials purchased and labor performed up to the point of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the written contract for each project.
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or conditions that could compromise the quality or safety of the work.
Payment terms are outlined in the written contract for each project. Typical arrangements may include a deposit prior to scheduling, progress payments for larger jobs, and a final payment upon completion. Specific amounts and due dates will be agreed upon before work begins.
Payment is due as specified in the written contract. Accounts not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees as outlined in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work on any project where payment obligations are not being met.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contracting.
Where applicable, we will obtain the required permits from local authorities before beginning permitted work. Permit fees are typically passed through to the customer as part of the project cost. You agree to provide access to the property as needed to accommodate required inspections. Any delays caused by inspection scheduling or permit review processes are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of contract.
